Participation Terms & Expectations

As part of the pilot program, we’re offering access to the full WP Squared experience on WebPros Cloud free of charge. In return, we ask participants to engage actively in the process by attending at least four bi-weekly feedback sessions. Your honest, constructive input will help us shape the future of the platform, and your participation is essential to ensure we gather meaningful insights.

Scope & Features

  • Availability
    During the pilot, we’re targeting a 99.99% uptime. Please note that the official SLA will only apply at full product launch.
  • Account Management
    Each participant will receive access to individual customer account features, including billing setup and contact details management.
  • Resource Provisioning
    Pilot participants will be provisioned with minimum preset quotas, including:
    • 1,000 sites

    • 1,000 GB of storage

    • Full access to the WP Squared product

These resources are intended to be used and provisioned to end-customers during the pilot phase.

  • Bandwidth
    All accounts come with unlimited bandwidth, subject to a fair use policy.
  • Multi-Region & Locations
    Multi-region support is enabled, with infrastructure hosted in:
    • United States: Houston & Dallas

    • Europe: Switzerland & Germany

  • WP Squared Access
    Participants will have full access to the WP Squared feature set, including integrations with:
    • Extendify

    • Imunify360

    • CloudLinux

    • Accelerate WP

    • Patchstack

  • Account Management Features
    You’ll be able to create, view, and manage WP Squared end-user accounts during the pilot.
  • API Access
    Full API access is provided, along with comprehensive documentation to support development and integration efforts.
  • WHMCS Integration
    Participants using WHMCS can install the WebPros Cloud module into their existing WHMCS platform to quickly begin reselling WebPros Cloud products.
  • Billing & Invoicing
    The pilot is completely free of charge - no billing or invoicing will take place during this phase.
  • Support
    We aim to provide timely support throughout the pilot. While 24/7 coverage is not guaranteed, it remains our goal. All issues will be addressed as quickly as possible. For assistance, please contact: [email protected]

  • Future Development
    Feature expansion is planned both during and after the pilot phase, and we’ll keep participants updated on new capabilities as they’re rolled out.
